1)Michael Jordan

Michael Jeffrey Jordan is Chairman and majority owner of the NBA’s Charlotte Hornets, which he purchased  in 2010. He is only the third Black American and the first NBA player to become a Billionaire. He is the first former NBA player and only the second Black American to be the majority owner of an NBA franchise

At 16, he left home for the nearby city of Detroit, where he found apprentice work as a machinist. He returned to Dear born and work on the family farm after three years, but continued to operate and service steam engines and work occasional stints in Detroit factories. While working as an engineer for the Edison Illuminating Company in Detroit, Henry Ford (1863-1947) built his first gasoline-powered horseless carriage, the Quadricycle, in the shed behind his home. Peter F.
